  • Take extra care of your hair as it is the most important part of your beauty. If you have long hair that is always tangled when you brush it, and when you try to make the comb/brush slide through it, it results in great hair loss. For such hair, you should use a good almond oil shampoo. You will soon see that the comb slides in your hair. Also, you should sometimes oil your hair. If you have dandruff, you must use a good anti-dandruff shampoo. You can tie your hair up in a ponytail or a bun (as for summer hairstyles).
  • Take care of your skin. Make sure that it doesn’t get burnt in the sun. Wear sunblock, but still try to avoid the sun. At night, you can also apply any other kind of lotion to keep your skin glowing.
  • Also take care of your hands and feet. If you do not want to waste a lot of your time and money on manicures and pedicures, then you can do a simple homemade manicure/pedicure.
  • Cut and trim your hair regularly. Your hair cut and style should complement directly to your facial features and shapes. The cut should also be according to the profession you are pursuing.
  • Wear clothes that match your skin tone. Try to wear nice and lively colors.
  • Take care of your personal hygiene. Often bathe and wash your hair. You can also wear a lovely perfume if you like.
  • Wear nice jewellery or watches. You can wear lovely accessories like lockets, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.
  • If you want to have long and thick eyelashes, you should moisten them before sleeping. You can.apply olive oil. Then wash your eyes in the morning. This will make them stronger; so that they won’t fall. If you have lost any of your lashes, do this procedure and they will re-grow in about 2 months, because the lashes are one of the slowest growing hairs on our body.
  • Wear right clothes for the right occasion. Wearing appropriate clothes goes in handy with good personal grooming.
  • Don’t drench yourself with perfume or aftershaves. A subtle fragrance is more pleasing to the senses than the overwhelming ones.
  • Always be simple and neatly dressed to impress others.
  • At last but not the least, eat a proper balanced and healthy diet. And exercise regularly. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to the maximum and fast food to the m i n i – mum.
