It is very important that you think positively and do things which made you feel comfortable. This also helps in reducing stress. Keeping your mind free of stress is as vital to your health and beauty as physical beauty. For example, you can read a book, listen to music, go for a walk or do meditation … anything to make you feel relaxed. For fitness there are a lot of other ways … to get your waist in shape. What you can do is move your waist around – this will help you to burn the fats around your waist. And the best way of keeping your body in shape is to dance, and I just love to dance. Try doing this everyday.
For this you do not have to be a great dancer and it sure is a lot of fun.

and beauty depends on what amount of food they eat everyday.
The best thing is that you should have fruits, vegetables
and milk. These things are best for your health and beauty
as well. You should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday.
It will retain the moisture level in the skin to keep wrinkles
away at later age and eliminate the poisonous substances
from the body.
You could try doing one more thing. Leave your dinner
table when you still have room to eat one more chapatti.
Teen think from the expression of their face so keep a check
on thoughts and keep the tension away. Learn to be cool
because anger, worries results in blemishes and outbreak of rashes. One of my friends told me that … and it is true.
Teenage is the time for preparation for the years ahead. It is a time, when you can get into the habit of taking care of your skin on a regular basis. And your appearance gives you self confidence.
