CHANNA PARATHA

INGREDIENTS:
250g white chick peas, soaked and boiled
1 tsp salt
1 medium-sized onion
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp masoor daal
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp zeera
2 tbsp oil
METHOD:
Boil chick peas with masoor daal until tender. Heat oil and fry
onion and garlic until slightly golden. Now aad seasoning and
chick pea mixture. Cook until the water has dissolved. Garnish
with hara masala and serve.
